Texas State Fair Recap: AviaGames Turns the Fair Into a Live Gaming Experience
Game Events Jan 9, 2026
October was a big milestone for
AviaGames. From
October 10 to October 19, we were on site at the
Texas State Fair and also held a U.S. team-building event in Dallas. It was our first large-scale offline appearance in North America, and it felt different right away. For ten straight days, we weren't watching metrics on a screen. We were talking to people, answering questions, and watching real reactions happen in real time.
The
AviaGames Texas State Fair 2025 brought in all kinds of visitors. Families, younger audiences, a strong Latin American community, and locals who care a lot about whether a brand feels genuine. That's exactly why we wanted to be there. We didn't want
AviaGames to feel distant or digital-only. We wanted people to see it, experience it, and decide for themselves what they thought. For many visitors, this was their first time encountering AviaGames outside of a phone.
How We Made Our Booth Stand Out at the Texas State Fair
We knew early on that blending in wasn't an option. The fair is huge, and a basic booth would have disappeared. So we built a 20×40-foot outdoor booth that people could spot from across the walkway.
We leaned into bold brand colors and paired them with a Halloween and Day of the Dead theme. Large background visuals, foreground installations, and our mascot helped pull everything together. Compared to the more traditional setups nearby, our space felt louder and more alive. People slowed down. Some stopped just to look. Others walked right in without much hesitation.
Bringing Our Games Into the Real World
Once people were inside, the games took over. We brought three core titles to the booth and let visitors play them hands-on.
8 Ball Strike quickly became the crowd favorite. The Pool-linko gameplay kept lines steady all day, and people didn't mind waiting.
Bingo Tour had a Halloween-themed setup that made the experience feel more immersive than expected.
Solitaire Clash added energy with a racing-style format that naturally pulled in spectators.
We tied everything together with simple challenges and a points system. That small detail made a big difference. People stayed longer. Some came back for another round, others grabbed friends or family members and jumped back in. The photo booth helped, too. A lot of visitors shared their experience without us having to ask.
Creating an Immersive Halloween Experience
Halloween wasn't just a theme we added at the end. It shaped the entire space.
Pumpkins, witches, and small magical details guided visitors through the booth without strict directions. People moved at their own pace, explored freely, and took in the atmosphere while playing. Nothing felt rushed.
At the end of the experience, visitors handed over collected stamps to a "witch" and pulled candy or surprises from a magic pot. It was simple. It wasn't complicated. But it worked. People smiled, laughed, and left in a good mood.
When Local Hosts Joined the Booth
One of the biggest shifts in energy happened when Texas morning show hosts Kellie and Justin stopped by the booth.
Things picked up fast. Crowds formed. Photo lines appeared. The noise level went up. They didn't just stand around or pose for pictures. They played games, talked with visitors, and stayed involved. That made the booth feel more social, more relaxed.
For a lot of people walking by, this was the moment they really noticed AviaGames. Seeing familiar local faces helped bridge that gap.
Official Recognition from the Texas State Fair
After the fair ended, we received recognition from the Texas State Fair 2025 team, who named us as one of the Outstanding Booths of the event.
The selection looked at design, interaction quality, audience engagement, and how well brands connected with the local crowd. That recognition meant a lot to us. Not because of the title alone, but because it reflected the work that went into planning, building, and running the booth every single day for ten days.
What This Experience Meant for Us
As the
Texas State Fair came to an end, the impact stayed with us. We saw people stop, play, laugh, and discover AviaGames in real time. Some met our brand for the first time, while others shared the experience with friends and family.
This wasn't just an offline appearance. For us, this debut confirmed something important. It was a real connection with people, culture, and emotion. And for anyone who enjoyed that moment at the fair, the experience doesn't have to stop there —
Solitaire Clash is available on the App Store, where you can play competitive solitaire and win real cash anytime! When we step into the real world, AviaGames isn't just seen. It's felt.
