Due to compliance restrictions, some players located in certain U.S. states will not be able to join this event. Please refer to the in-game notification for the most accurate eligibility.

Players who registered before July 24, 2025 can participate in the full 3-week event.

Players who registered between July 24 and September 13, 2025 may not be able to experience the entire 3 weeks. Please refer to your in-game progress for specific details.

Complete tasks listed on the "Tasks" page to earn Dry Food. Once you've collected enough, go to the in-game “Pet” page to feed the animals.

Go to the "Tasks" tab on the event homepage. Complete the listed tasks to receive corresponding amounts of Dry Food.

There are two types of rewards:

Point Collection: Every feeding gives you event points, which count toward the leaderboard. The top 200 players will win an exclusive avatar frame and an official SPCA donation certificate.

Charity Contribution: For every feeding, Avia will donate $0.05 USD to Nevada SPCA to support the rescue and care of stray animals.

Yes! All animals shown on the "Pets" page are real rescues currently cared for by Nevada SPCA. You can tap their avatars to view basic info, and use the provided link to visit Nevada SPCA’s official website for more details.

Note: Some of the animals may be adopted during the course of the event and might no longer appear on SPCA's site.

Rankings are based on the total amount of Dry Food you've used to feed animals. The more you feed, the higher your rank.

After the event ends on September 13, the top 200 players will receive special in-game and commemorative rewards in appreciation for their contribution to animal rescue:

After the event ends, winners will receive a pop-up in the game delivering the animal-themed card back and prompting them to fill out a form to collect their other rewards.

Please fill in your name, email, and contact details as required. Once confirmed, we will send the SPCA donation certificate (digital version) to your email.

As certificates are customized, delivery time will depend on production progress.

Players ranked in the top 10 will also receive physical prizes and must provide shipping details, including address and zip code. The form must be completed within one week of receiving the notification—failure to do so will be considered a forfeiture of the reward.

Physical rewards will be shipped via a partnered logistics provider. Delivery times may vary depending on your region. Please be patient. If you experience delays, contact our in-game support team and we'll help you track the status.

After the event, a pop-up will appear in-game asking for your information to send the SPCA certificate (digital) and any physical rewards. You must fill out and submit the form within one week of receiving it.

If you miss the deadline due to special circumstances, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to assist you within reason, but we cannot guarantee replacement or reissue of the reward. Thank you for your understanding.
