This page combines the official terms and conditions for both the 8 Ball Strike Cup Championship and the 8 Ball Strike Livestream Promotion, including tournament eligibility, gameplay requirements, livestream participation, giveaway rules, prize details, winner notifications, and other important information. Whether you're competing in the championship or joining the livestream to win exclusive rewards, please read these terms and conditions carefully before participating.

These 8 Ball Strike Cup Championship Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the 8 Ball Strike Cup Championship ("Tournament") organized by AviaGames Inc. ("Sponsor," "Avia," "we," "our," or "us"). Sponsor may designate a third party to manage and administer the Tournament. The Group Stage and Playoff Phase of the broader 8 Ball Strike Cup are not governed by these Terms.

THESE TERMS ARE TO BE READ IN CONJUNCTION WITH AVIAGAMES' TERMS OF SERVICE AND OFFICIAL RULES. THE COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION IS SUBJECT TO AVIAGAMES' PRIVACY POLICY.

By registering for, accessing, or participating in the Tournament, each Participant ("Participant," "you," or "your") agrees to be bound by these Terms, the Terms of Service — INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ITS MANDATORY ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER PROVISIONS — and the Privacy Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

IF THERE IS ANY INCONSISTENCY BETWEEN THESE TERMS AND THE AVIAGAMES' TERMS OF SERVICE OR THE AVIAGAMES' PRIVACY POLICY, THESE TERMS SHALL PREVAIL. FOR MATTERS NOT COVERED HEREIN, THE PROVISIONS OF THE TERMS OF SERVICE AND THE PRIVACY POLICY SHALL APPLY.

Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Terms of Service.

THIS TOURNAMENT IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED, ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH, ANY THIRD PARTIES.

The Championship is a limited-time, online, skill-based competitive event conducted through the 8 Ball Strike platform, in which 32 qualifying Participants compete for a share of a $30,700 cash prize pool.

Tournament outcomes are determined based on gameplay performance, scores, rankings, and match results in accordance with these Terms, and not by chance.

The Tournament is void where prohibited by law, including without limitation in Arkansas, Delaware, Louisiana, South Dakota, Michigan, and all U.S. Territories.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to limit, deny, suspend, or revoke Tournament access in any jurisdiction where operation of the Tournament, award structure, or related gameplay may violate applicable law, regulation, licensing requirements, platform policy, or operational restrictions.

"Championship" means this competition, the final stage of the 8 Ball Strike Cup, consisting of 32 qualifying Participants competing in a single-elimination bracket across July 16–17, 2026, as further described in Section 4 of these Terms.

"Match" means a single game played between two Participants within a Round.

"Participant" means an individual who has qualified for and is registered to compete in the Championship, as verified by Sponsor. As used in these Terms, "Participant," "you," and "your" refer to the same individual.

"Playoff Phase" means the stage of the 8 Ball Strike Cup occurring June 26 – July 5, 2026, in which players competed in 1v1 single-elimination brackets within their assigned groups. The Playoff Phase was administered by AviaGames. The winner of each Playoff group advanced to the Championship. The Playoff Phase is outside the scope of these Terms.

"Round" means a single bracket stage within the Championship (e.g., Round of 32, Round of 16, Quarterfinals, Semifinals, Finals).

"Series" means the set of Matches played between two Participants in a given Round, the outcome of which determines which Participant advances.

"Winner" means a Participant who has been verified as eligible and confirmed to have received a prize pursuant to Section 6 of these Terms.

Participation is open only to individuals who:

• have qualified for the Championship by advancing through the 8 Ball Strike Cup Group Stage and Playoff Phase in accordance with the qualification criteria established by Sponsor;
• maintain an active 8 Ball Strike account in good standing;
• comply at all times with the Terms of Service and all applicable platform policies; and
• satisfy all account verification, residency, gameplay, age, and geographic eligibility requirements required by Sponsor.

This Tournament may not be available to all users.

Participation in Championship Matches requires each Participant to provide both a live gameplay feed and a functioning webcam feed compliant with Sponsor’s specifications. Setup instructions will be provided during the mandatory tech check (see Section 4.1). Participants who decline, fail to complete their tech check, or are unable to provide the required feeds at the time of their scheduled Match will forfeit eligibility for the Championship. In such cases, Sponsor may designate the next-highest-ranked eligible Participant as a replacement.

Employees, contractors, officers, directors, agents, representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, promotion agencies, and immediate family or household members of Sponsor are not eligible to participate.

Sponsor reserves the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to verify eligibility, identity, residency, gameplay activity, account ownership, and compliance with these Terms and the Terms of Service, including by requiring Participants to provide government-issued identification, proof of residency, tax documentation, account verification materials, or any other information reasonably requested by Sponsor.

The Championship consists of 32 Participants who advanced by winning their respective groups during the Playoff Phase of the 8 Ball Strike Cup. Participants compete in a 1v1 single-elimination bracket across two broadcast days. All Championship matches are played asynchronously through the 8 Ball Strike platform and broadcast live across YouTube, Twitch, and Facebook.

Event Duration: July 16, 2026 - July 17, 2026.

Eligible Regions: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia, except where prohibited by law or as otherwise excluded in these Terms & Conditions.

The 32 Championship Participants are determined by the outcome of the 8 Ball Strike Cup Playoff Phase, administered by Sponsor. Each Participant represents the top finisher from one of 32 Playoff groups. Qualification criteria for the Playoff Phase are set by Sponsor and are outside the scope of these Terms.

Round Times

Specific start times for each Round will be communicated to Participants by Sponsor no later than 72 hours before the Championship begins. Participants are required to be present in the designated Discord check-in channel at their scheduled call time, which will be no later than one (1) hour before their first scheduled Match.

Format

• The 32 group champions compete in a 1v1 single-elimination bracket.
• Each Round consists of a set of Matches. The number of Matches per Round and the win threshold will be confirmed by Sponsor and communicated to Participants prior to the Championship. Sponsor will contact Participants in advance to confirm match schedules and start times. Participants must enter and complete their matches within the specified time.
• The Championship will be livestreamed across YouTube, Twitch, and Facebook.

Match Procedure

• Participants will receive their match room code via Discord at the start of each Round. Match room codes will not be distributed through any other channel.
• At the designated match start time, both Participants must enter the match room and begin play. If a Participant has not entered the room within ten (10) minutes of the scheduled start time without notifying Sponsor, they will be marked as a no-show, and their opponent will advance automatically.
• Participants must complete all Matches in the Round and submit their score after each individual Match before the Round's time window closes.
• A Round is only considered complete after all Match scores have been submitted or the final score submission window for that match has closed. Scores submitted after the window closes will not be counted.
• Participants must maintain their gameplay feed and webcam feed for the duration of each Match. Loss of feed that is not immediately reported to Sponsor may result in Match forfeiture at Sponsor’s discretion.
• Players who fail to provide their gameplay feed and webcam feed at the start of their designated Round time will receive a three-minute warning, sent via Discord. If the player has failed to provide their feeds after three minutes, they will be marked as a no-show, and their opponent will advance automatically.

Win/Loss Determination

• Single Match: The Participant with the higher score wins.
• Series: The first Participant to win 3 matches wins the round.

Exception Rules

• If a Participant fails to submit scores within the time window, they forfeit that match and receive a score of 0.
• If neither Participant submits a score for a single match, the winner is decided randomly.
• If a single match results in a tie (non-zero score), the Participant who submitted their score first wins.
• If a Participant experiences a technical issue during a Match, they must immediately notify a Sponsor staff member via Championship Discord. Sponsor staff has sole discretion to determine whether the issue warrants a Match restart, pause, or forfeit.

Ranking Rules

• Eliminated in Round of 32: Ranked 17th–32nd
• Eliminated in Round of 16: Ranked 9th–16th
• Eliminated in Quarterfinals: Ranked 5th–8th
• Within the same elimination round, Participants are ranked by their highest single-match score, from highest to lowest.
• In the event that two players receive the exact same score, the player who submitted their score first will win.

Tournament rewards may include: (i) real cash prizes; and/or (ii) physical promotional items, including without limitation autographed sports memorabilia.

All 32 Championship Participants will share a $30,700 cash prize pool. The 1st place Participants will also receive a jersey signed by Lionel Messi, Enzo Fernández, and Julián Álvarez of the Argentina National Football Team.

The retail value of each jersey prize is estimated at One Hundred U.S. Dollars ($100) and reflects unautographed merchandise only. The value of hand-signed merchandise is inherently subjective and may fluctuate based on the featured player(s), authentication status, market conditions, collectibility, and other factors at the time of prize award.

Participants acknowledge and agree that all Tournament rewards are promotional in nature and subject to verification, eligibility confirmation, fraud review, and compliance with these Terms and the Terms of Service. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any advertised reward with a reward of equal or greater value where reasonably necessary.

Championship cash prizes will be distributed after the Tournament, subject to the requirements included in these Terms and Conditions, on a net (120) basis. Winners will be contacted per Section 5 of these Terms and must provide all required information within the timeframe specified therein.

Potential winners may be notified by direct message, comment reply, email, or any other communication method that Sponsor reasonably believes will successfully contact the potential winner.

Potential winners must respond to Sponsor’s initial contact and provide all requested information, documentation, tax forms, declarations, shipping details, eligibility confirmations, and verification materials within seventy-two (72) hours following such contact. Failure to timely respond or provide complete and valid documentation within the required timeframe may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the applicable reward, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Sponsor shall not be responsible for unsuccessful contact attempts due to spam filters, inactive email addresses, incorrect contact information, message blocking, delivery failures, or other circumstances outside Sponsor’s reasonable control. Sponsor further shall not be liable for lost, delayed, damaged, stolen, intercepted, undeliverable, misdirected, or unclaimed physical shipments once transferred to the applicable shipping or delivery provider.

Participants are solely responsible for all taxes, reporting obligations, customs duties, governmental fees, bank fees, currency conversion fees, or other charges arising from or relating to Tournament participation or receipt of any reward. Sponsor reserves the right to issue IRS Form 1099-MISC or any other applicable tax documentation, and to withhold amounts required under applicable law, in accordance with Section 7 of the Terms of Service. Sponsor may require Participants to provide certain tax documents to Sponsor.

Participants acknowledge and agree that the Tournament and related gameplay activity may be livestreamed, recorded, photographed, rebroadcast, edited, clipped, excerpted, displayed, published, distributed, or otherwise publicly communicated by Sponsor and its authorized partners.

By participating in the Tournament, each Participant grants Sponsor, its affiliates, contractors, licensees, advertising partners, production partners, and service providers a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free right and license to use, reproduce, edit, modify, publish, distribute, broadcast, publicly display, create derivative works from, and otherwise exploit the Participant’s name, username, gamer tag, likeness, image, voice, avatar, gameplay footage, Tournament statistics, rankings, chat content, and related Tournament content, in any media now known or later developed, for advertising, publicity, promotion, marketing, user acquisition, esports promotion, social media, commercial, and related business purposes, without further notice, approval, or compensation.

Participants acknowledge and agree that Tournament-related content may be edited, altered, modified, combined with other materials, or otherwise used in Sponsor’s sole discretion, and Participants waive any right to inspect or approve any such use.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Participants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its authorized partners from claims arising out of or relating to the authorized use of Tournament-related content, including claims relating to publicity rights, privacy rights, or similar rights.

This Section shall survive completion, suspension, or termination of the Tournament.

Without limiting any restrictions contained in the Terms of Service, Participants may not:

Any violation or suspected violation of these Terms, the Tournament Rules, the Terms of Service, or applicable law may result in immediate suspension, disqualification, account restriction, forfeiture of rewards, termination of access to the Services, revocation of Virtual Items, legal action, or any combination thereof, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Participants acknowledge and agree that the Services, Tournament systems, gameplay infrastructure, livestream systems, and related technologies are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, subject to interruptions, outages, delays, errors, latency issues, connectivity failures, hardware incompatibility, software defects, cybersecurity incidents, and other operational or technical limitations, as further described in Section 12 of the Terms of Service.

Sponsor does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or continuous accessibility of the Tournament or Services and shall not be liable for any gameplay interruption, delayed score submission, disconnection, server outage, data corruption, livestream interruption, payment delay, or technical malfunction affecting Tournament participation.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify schedules, restart matches, invalidate gameplay sessions, replay rounds, adjust brackets, delay Tournament stages, or take other operational measures reasonably necessary to preserve Tournament integrity or address technical issues.

By participating in the Tournament, Participants acknowledge and agree that Sponsor may collect, access, use, process, store, disclose, transfer, and otherwise process personal information, account information, gameplay data, Tournament participation data, livestream content, voice communications, gameplay recordings, verification materials, tax documentation, shipping information, device information, and related data for purposes including without limitation: Tournament administration; eligibility verification; fraud prevention; gameplay integrity review; customer support; reward fulfillment; tax reporting; livestream production; marketing and promotional activities; user acquisition; analytics; service improvement; legal compliance; dispute resolution; and enforcement of these Terms and the Terms of Service.

All personal information shall be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Participants consent to Sponsor’s collection, use, disclosure, storage, and processing of such information in connection with the Tournament and related business operations.

Where required by applicable law, Participants may exercise applicable privacy rights, including rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or opt-out of certain data processing activities, by contacting Sponsor at support@aviagames.com or as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOURNAMENT, SERVICES, GAMEPLAY FEATURES, REWARDS, VIRTUAL ITEMS, AND RELATED MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR AVAILABILITY.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AVIAGAMES, ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, ADVERTISING PARTNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR OTHER DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, REPUTATIONAL HARM, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE TOURNAMENT, THE SERVICES, TOURNAMENT PARTICIPATION, GAMEPLAY ACTIVITY, LIVESTREAMS, REWARD FULFILLMENT, TECHNICAL ISSUES, OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability to the extent such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

These Terms, the Tournament, and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Tournament, the Services, or the relationship between Participant and Sponsor shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws designated in Section 14 of the Terms of Service.

Except where prohibited by applicable law, all disputes, claims, and controversies arising out of or relating to the Tournament, these Terms, the Services, or the relationship between Participant and Sponsor shall be individually resolved exclusively through binding arbitration pursuant to Section 15 of AviaGames’ Terms of Service, including without limitation the class action waiver, jury trial waiver, informal dispute resolution procedures, arbitration procedures, fee allocation provisions, and related dispute resolution terms.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE TOURNAMENT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT: (I) YOU ARE WAIVING THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL; (II) YOU ARE WAIVING THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING; AND (III) ANY CLAIM MUST BE BROUGHT SOLELY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 15 OF THE TERMS OF SERVICE.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Participant and Sponsor solely with respect to the Tournament and supplement, but do not replace, the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If any provision of these Terms is held unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Sponsor reserves the right to revise, amend, update, or modify these Terms or any Tournament-related policies at any time in its sole discretion. Continued participation in the Tournament following any such modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

The English-language version of these Terms shall control in the event of any inconsistency with any translated version.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. INTERNET ACCESS REQUIRED.

BY ENTERING, ENTRANT AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE DECISIONS OF THE SPONSOR, WHICH SHALL BE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL RESPECTS.ALL DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED SOLELY BY BINDING ARBITRATION, AND ENTRANTS WAIVE THE ABILITY TO BRING CLAIMS IN A CLASS ACTION FORMAT.

THIS PROMOTION ("Promotion")  IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED, ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH, ANY THIRD PARTIES.

This Livestream Promotion ("Promotion") is open only to legal residents of jurisdictions in which Sponsor's game is legally offered and operated, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of participation (each, an "Entrant"). You are not authorized to participate in the Promotion if you are not a legal resident of the United States, or Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec), or if you are a resident of Idaho, Michigan, Nevada, Florida, New York State, or Washington State.

Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of AviaGames ("Sponsor"), and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, fulfillment, and marketing agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment, or execution of this Promotion (collectively, the "Promotion Entities"), as well as immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children, grandparents, grandchildren, and each of their respective spouses or "step" relations) and persons living in the same household of such individuals, are not eligible to participate or win.

Void where prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

By participating in the Promotion, Entrants unconditionally accept and agree to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, including the interpretation of these Official Rules, administration of the Promotion, selection of winners, and Sponsor's exercise of discretion, which shall be final, non-appealable, and binding in all respects.

The Promotion begins when the livestream starts at approximately 4:00 PM Pacific Time ("PT") on July 16, 2026, and July 17, 2026, and ends when the livestream concludes at approximately 9:45 PM PT on the applicable date.

To participate in the Promotion, eligible Entrants should watch the Sponsor's official livestream during the Promotion Period and follow the participation instructions announced during the livestream and/or published through the Sponsor's official channels.

The signed jersey drawing will be conducted during the livestream on July 17, 2026 only.

To receive one (1) entry into the drawings, an eligible Entrant must download the 8 Ball Strike mobile game during the Promotion Period and confirm their entry through the Sponsor's Gleam campaign page at https://amg.gg/8bscupsweeps, which may require providing basic information for the purposes of verifying eligibility and contacting the Entrant, such as, but not limited to, name, state, country, email and age.

In-Game Prize Giveaways

During both livestream days, the Sponsor will conduct multiple live giveaways for in-game prizes. To participate in a giveaway, Entrants must submit the designated comment or keyword announced during the applicable livestream. Selected winners must provide a valid 8 Ball Strike User ID ("UID") in order to receive the applicable in-game prize.

Note:

Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures or interruptions of any kind, including the unavailability of livestream platforms, Gleam, internet service, or failed transmissions that may affect participation in the Promotion.

Participation in certain portions of the Promotion, including entry management and prize claiming, may require Entrants to create or log into a free Gleam account. By using Gleam, Entrants agree to Gleam's applicable Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Message and data rates may apply when participating via a mobile device.

Entrants must comply with these Official Rules and the applicable terms, policies, and community guidelines of the livestream platform used for the Promotion.

Entrants are expected to engage respectfully during the livestream. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who engages in abusive, fraudulent, disruptive, or otherwise inappropriate conduct, or who violates these Official Rules or the applicable platform rules.

Amazon Gift Card winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received through the applicable Gleam campaign during the Promotion Period.

The winner of the signed jersey will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received through the applicable Gleam campaign. The signed jersey drawing will take place during the livestream on July 17, 2026 only.

In-game prize winners will be randomly selected during multiple giveaway rounds conducted throughout both livestream days from eligible comments submitted in accordance with the instructions announced during the applicable livestream.

Only eligible entries that comply with these Official Rules will be included in the applicable prize drawing or giveaway.

Sponsor's decisions regarding the selection of winners and all other matters relating to the Promotion are final and binding.

Potential winners may be notified by direct message, comment reply, email, or any other communication method that Sponsor reasonably believes will successfully contact the potential winner.

Except where prohibited, Prize Winners will be required to return an IRS Form W-9 or IRS Form W8-BEN (“Tax Form”), residency affidavit, and any other documents required by Sponsor, (collectively, the “Required Documents”) within seven (7) days or less from receipt of the last email from the Sponsor to the Prize Winner in which such Required Documents were requested. Failure to provide the Required Documents within the provided timeframe will cause such potential winner to be disqualified and forfeit the prize, and Sponsor may select an alternate winner in its sole discretion.

If a potential winner is a resident of Canada, such potential winner will be required to correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by Sponsor via email as a condition of receiving a prize. Failure to correctly answer the skill-testing question within the time period specified by Sponsor will result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize, and Sponsor may select an alternate winner in its sole discretion.

To claim a prize, a potential winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of Sponsor's initial notification and provide all information and documentation reasonably requested by Sponsor for prize fulfillment and eligibility verification.

If a potential winner fails to respond within the required seventy-two (72) hour period, fails to provide accurate or complete required information, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, such potential winner may be disqualified and shall forfeit the prize, and Sponsor may select an alternate winner in its sole discretion.

A potential winner becomes an official "Winner" only after verification of eligibility by Sponsor.

Prizes, prize quantities, and prize descriptions will be stated in the applicable Promotion Post.

Prizes may include a signed jersey, gift cards, in-game Bonus Cash, in-game Bobblehead cues, in-game items, or other rewards determined by Sponsor.

The retail value of each jersey prize is estimated at One Hundred U.S. Dollars ($100) and reflects unautographed merchandise only. The value of hand-signed merchandise is inherently subjective and may fluctuate based on the featured player, authentication status, market conditions, collectibility, and other factors at the time of prize award.

All prizes are awarded "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash except at Sponsor's sole discretion.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes and any other costs associated with prize acceptance or use.

Limit one (1) prize per person unless otherwise specified by Sponsor.

Gift cards will be delivered electronically to the verified email address provided by the Winner. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on processing requirements and email service providers. Sponsor is not responsible for delivery delays, technical issues related to email delivery, invalid email addresses, blocked or filtered emails, or any other electronic delivery failures. Winners are solely responsible for ensuring that their email address is accurate, valid, and capable of receiving electronic communications from Sponsor.

Any Bonus Cash or in-game promotional items will be delivered directly to the eligible game account associated with the UID provided by the Winner. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect, incomplete, invalid, or inaccurate UID information submitted by a Winner.

Physical prizes, including jerseys and other merchandise, will be shipped to the mailing address provided by the verified Winner. Sponsor is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, stolen, damaged, undeliverable, or misdelivered packages caused by carriers, incorrect shipping information, or circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.

Sponsor will be collecting personal data about Entrants in accordance with its Privacy Policy available at https://www.aviagames.com/privacy-policy. By participating in the Promotion, Entrants hereby agree to Sponsor's collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion should fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, Force Majeure events, or any other factors impair the integrity, security, fairness, or proper administration of the Promotion.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

• the submission or use of any Entry;

In the event of any inconsistency between these Official Rules and any promotional materials, social media posts, or other statements relating to the Promotion, these Official Rules shall govern and control.
