AviaGames Expansion into Europe Begins with New Hamburg Subsidiary

Industry News Feb 25, 2026

Avia has moved into Europe! We are proud to announce the establishment of a new AviaGames subsidiary in Hamburg, Germany, marking a new milestone in our journey. The Hamburg office will serve as our regional base for partnership development, operational growth, and future hiring across the European gaming industry.

With tens of millions of players across North America and Europe, this step strengthens our presence in one of the region’s largest mobile gaming markets and supports further AviaGames expansion.

AviaGames Expansion: Why Hamburg

Germany plays a major role in the European gaming industry, and Hamburg has become one of its most established hubs. The city is home to hundreds of studios, publishers, and game-related companies, creating an environment where collaboration and innovation are integrated into everyday worklife.

“Germany is not only one of the largest gaming markets in Europe but also a hub for innovation and collaboration,” said Vickie Chen, Founder and CEO of AviaGames.

As we establish operations in the region, we’ve appreciated the support from organizations such as Gamecity Hamburg and the German Games Industry Association.

AviaGames Leadership Driving European Growth

Michelle Zou will lead the Hamburg office and oversee expansion efforts across Europe. She brings extensive experience in the European gaming industry, including serving as CEO of Bigpoint, where she was recognized by GamesWirtschaft.de as one of the top female managers in the German games sector.

Her leadership will guide partnership development and regional expansion initiatives.

AviaGames Mobile Gaming Community Continues to Grow

Since 2016, the range of games we offer has expanded to more than 15 competitive titles across cards, puzzles, and other casual formats. Solitaire Clash, for example, runs on structured tournaments where everyone plays under the same layout and scoring rules.

Our games host millions of tournaments every month, in addition to community-driven events. The core idea hasn’t changed much over time: mainly, creating games where outcomes depend on focus and decision-making. As our catalog has grown, so has our audience. Our community now spans players from many backgrounds, and we’ve seen consistent growth among female players in particular.

AviaGames Expansion in Europe: Looking Ahead

Hamburg will serve as our base for continued European growth, and we plan to expand operational hiring in Germany.

The AviaGames Expansion into Europe reflects steady global growth while maintaining our focus on developing skill-based games that are competitive, reliable, and accessible within the broader gaming industry.
